With over a decade of experience spanning telecom, non-profit, and consulting sectors, Jacqueline is a seasoned HR expert specializing in organizational development, transformation, and talent acquisition. As CEO of Tai Talent Matters, she helps organizations align their HR strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring they navigate HR challenges effectively.

Bwari serves as the Associate Chief of Staff (ACoS) at Tai Talent Matters, where she is a trusted partner to the CEO and a key driver of internal alignment, operational efficiency, and cultural cohesion. In her role, she functions as the firm’s Chief Project Manager—ensuring clarity, coordination, and timely execution of strategic priorities—while also fostering colaboration across the internal team. With a strong foundation in global talent coordination and manufacturing quality control, Bwari brings a process-driven mindset to her work, further strengthened by her academic background in Industrial Chemistry. She is deeply passionate about human rights and equity, with a particular focus on youth employability—an area she is actively championing at Tai Talent Matters.

Cherry is a passionate HR professional and a key member of our HR Business Support team, where she focuses on delivering end-to-end HR services. With over seven years of hands-on experience in dynamic, fast-paced start-up environments, she has worked across diverse sectors including hospitality, automotive, microfinance, and sanitation & energy. Her career spans impactful roles at organizations such as Sanivation Limited, Watu Credit, Stantech Motors, Spez Limited, Postbank, Geothermal Development Company, the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), and the County Government of Nakuru. Cherry’s HR philosophy is rooted in leading with empathy while delivering high-impact, people-first solutions. She is widely recognized for her strong listening skills and her ability to foster positive, collaborative workplaces where employees feel valued and supported. She holds a degree in Human Resources from Masai Mara University and possesses limited working proficiency in both French and German.

Maryanne is an burgeoning recruiter with a strong customer service orientation, dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. She finds fulfillment in connecting the right talent to the right opportunities and seeing them thrive while contributing to sustainable impact within organizations. Maryanne supports our portfolio of recruitment clients across the East Africa region. She holds a background in Biotechnology from Kenyatta University.

Rianna leverages her legal training to drive people-centered and purpose-driven HR initiatives. Passionate about building structures that promote equity and depth, she is committed to shaping intentional and inclusive work environments designed for long-term impact. Rianna supports a diverse portfolio of HR projects — from policy development to organizational change — ensuring alignment with compliance standards and a strong equity lens. She also plays a key role in keeping our HR team up to date with current employment law and regulatory provisions. Rianna holds a Law degree from Strathmore University.
