Her career spans impactful roles at organizations such as Sanivation Limited, Watu Credit, Stantech Motors, Spez Limited, Postbank, Geothermal Development Company, the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), and the County Government of Nakuru. Cherry’s HR philosophy is rooted in leading with empathy while delivering high-impact, people-first solutions. She is widely recognized for her strong listening skills and her ability to foster positive, collaborative workplaces where employees feel valued and supported. She holds a degree in Human Resources from Masai Mara University and possesses limited working proficiency in both French and German.
